How this race works

Fourteen candidates filed for six at-large seats, more than twice the number of openings, so Kentucky law (KRS 83A.170) required a nonpartisan primary on May 19 to narrow the field. The top 12 advanced to the November 3, 2026 general election, where each Radcliff voter selects up to six and the top six vote-getters win the seats. The two lowest finishers on May 19, Bryan L. Packard and Emmanouil Konstantinidis, did not advance and are not on the November ballot.
