Then there's the phenomenon every 2B Thai regular knows, which Britten pitched directly at Rachel — a frequent visitor herself: the speed. "You sit down and say, hey, we want the appetizer sampler. And then they turn around, they bring your drinks and then boom, there it is. And then... you're halfway through the appetizer. Boom. There it is." His theory: the food is flash-cooked at super high temperatures, so it comes out fast and hot.

Michele's favorite bite of the night was the spring roll with the peach mango sauce — "absolutely fantastic," Britten reported, adding that in the video "she just tells you with her facial expression right there."
