The Hardin Local Weekly Housing Market Update is produced each week by Rachel Brantingham of The Brantingham Group (KW). Figures reflect activity in Elizabethtown and Hardin County, Kentucky.

Methodology notes

Days on market is a 30-day rolling average — how long homes are taking to go under contract.
Months of inventory = active homes ÷ homes sold in the last 30 days. Under 5 = seller-leaning, over 6 = buyer-leaning, in between = balanced.
Weekly counts (new, under contract, closed) reflect the rolling seven days before each Tuesday livestream.
Gaps in the trend lines (E04, E08, E09, E15) are weeks where no housing segment aired. Lines bridge them with a dashed segment rather than pretending the weeks connect.
Trend hints compare the first and last reported week inside whatever range you have selected, not the full season.
