Clerk's office (Elizabethtown) only. Requires a qualifying reason (work, military, medical, etc.).

Secure drop boxes: either entrance of the Clerk's Office (150 N. Provident Way, Elizabethtown) + the Radcliff Branch Clerk's Office (101 W. Lincoln Trail Blvd). Sign the envelope where required, return early. Mail-in request portal closed May 5 — if you didn't request one, vote in person.

What to bring + closed-primary rules
- Photo ID — Kentucky driver's license, KY photo ID, U.S. passport, military ID, or a few other government-issued options. If you don't have one, you can sign an affirmation at the polls.
- Closed primary — Kentucky only lets you vote in your registered party's primary. Independents and "no party" voters get a ballot with nonpartisan races only (city races, school board) on May 19. Voter registration closed April 20, 2026.
- Help available — every polling place is required to provide accessibility assistance and language help if you ask.
