Hardin County’s Young Professionals Network will be diving head first into 2016 with a new plan of action called “Develop and Engage.”  Along with a new president and a new plan, they hope 2016 will be their most effective year yet.

New President, Shelley Ryan Brackett, says that this year the focus will be on educating our young business leaders.  The “Develop and Engage” series will promote local networking and provide beneficial information for those seeking to learn more about business, career goals, leadership, as well as many other topics.  The first installation of the series will be at the new Hardin Co. Government Building on January 27th at noon.

A group stemming off of the Hardin County Chamber, YPN is dedicated to developing the careers of others.  “We are a group that promotes each other’s business through creating connections and contacts with members and their services,” notes Brackett.  “Personally knowing other young business leaders in our community will strengthen our present and future goals, not only for ourselves but for those around us,” she adds.
