Mudbone – Last Concert of the Season
If you haven’t been to the Little Blue House Concert Series this year, you are missing out! The LBHCS is an intimate and unique outside venue for original songwriters to share their music. Enclosed by an eclectic backyard setting, guests can bring a chair or blanket to relax while listening to beautiful music.
The upcoming concert will be the last of the season and they are going out with a bang. Mudbone will be performing on Sunday, October 16th from 6-9pm at 409 Park Avenue in Elizabethtown.
Little Blue House Concert Series Owner and Director, Tonya Jo Rhodes has been involved in the music scene for years. She is also an Artist Manager and Booking Agent for her company, Good Good Music Booking and Promotion. She states on the LBHCS Facbook Page,
I am extremely proud to have this guy perform a whole night of his original music. Mudbone’s performances tell the story of how roots music evolved from the early 19th century to today. He uses a combination of delta blues, bluegrass and gospel music and more to carry his audience through the history of music. Accompanied by wonderful Nashville musicians, you are in for a treat. Bring a chair or blanket, your choice of beverage, and your friends. Doors open at 6pm. Suggested donation of $10.
Additional proceeds from this concert will benefit Amy Bailey who suffered a stroke in late July at the young age of 39. She beat the odds and is in rehab today at Frazier doing very well!
Plan on coming out for an evening of good music and good vibes! Thanks to this concert’s sponsors, Rising Phoenix Pizzeria – Radcliff, KY, Melloan Real Estate (Johnny & Joni Melloan) – Elizabethtown, Becky Tonietti and Hardin Local.
