Man Struck and Killed by Train Identified
Police have identified the man who was struck and killed by a train Saturday, July 29, as Roger Duane Teachout, 66, of Elizabethtown.
According to a statement released by Elizabethtown Police, Teachout was believed to be homeless. An Autopsy has been performed, and a toxicology report is pending. The investigation into the case is ongoing and police say that there are still few clues as to why Teachout was on the tracks.
